Back in early Spring 2013, Sarah convinced Nick to come skydiving with her. On August 18th, 2013, they climbed into a plane so small they could barely fit in to ride up 10,000 feet into the air. The journey up was about 10 minutes, and after a kiss Nick was the first to jump. 

 

After landing and getting unhooked from the instructor, they ran into each others arms full of adrenaline and excitement. And that was when Nick had planned to propose (story twist!!!). It turns out that during the time between Nick landing and Sarah landing, he tried to get into his pocket so he could have the ring out. But of course the harness made it impossible and he had to wait.

 

So Nick asked Sarah to take a walk with him to a nearby hill. He was kind of shaking, but Sarah dismissed this as needing to walk-off his adrenaline rush. As the two reached the top , he turned to face her and began to babble (both agree on this term), before dropping to one knee.

 

She immediately said yes! It was hard to believe that jumping out of a plane was not the most exciting thing to happen that day.
